Deep Map(TM) Development: Focus on SDK 2.x

Realigning our resources: By concentrating exclusively on the systematic development of SDK 2.0 as of 1st March, we will speed up bringing new and exciting features to our clients.

With the release of SDK 2.0 in April 2017, we have taken our Deep Map™ technology to the next level. Our new SDK delivers outstanding performance and allows for even smoother, more streamlined integration with your solutions. Thanks to a powerful engine with significantly lower memory requirements, it can easily handle even the largest sites. Furthermore, the new SDK version has been expanded to open up entirely new possibilities for a wide range of IoT and analytics applications.

SDK 2.0 offers a greatly expanded range of features, styling options and expansion options compared to SDK 1.x. SDK 1.x no longer satisfies the needs of contemporary geospatial technology and incurs higher operating expenses for production, maintenance and system updates.

Most our clients and partners have already recognized the benefits of SDK 2.0 and the first upgrades to SDK 2.0 have been successfully completed. We have therefore decided to realign our resources. By concentrating exclusively on the systematic development of SDK 2.0, we will be able to reduce the time taken to bring new and exciting features to our clients and partners.

In order to ensure the appropriate focus on SDK 2.0 in terms of development, operation and support, we have made the strategic decision to discontinue further development of and support for SDK 1.x as of March 1st 2018. We regret that, as of this date, we will also be unable to provide any further customer-specific adaptations for SDK 1.x. However, SDK 1.x will be supported until July 31st 2018 to ensure that clients still using this version have plenty of time to plan their upgrade with us.
